Restoration Practices for Educators and Helping Professionals
July 28-31, 10am-2:30pm
$275 (early-bird rate until July 1, $300 after July 1)
As a bold and timely response to the mounting pressures faced by educators and helping professionals in our community, this transformative four-day experience is rooted in creativity, reflection, movement and personal renewal.
Participants will immerse themselves in multi-sensory, art-based practices that spark insight, support nervous system regulation, and ignite renewed purpose. This experience will include practical, implementable strategies for wellness tools designed to ripple outward into classrooms, counseling spaces, libraries and beyond.
Each day includes:
· A fully immersive, hands-on personal restorative experience centered in artistic expression and self-discovery
· Evidence-informed content based in neuroscience, somatics, and expressive arts therapy
· Mind-body integration through movement modalities (e.g., breathwork, Tai Chi-inspired flow, tapping)
· Direct professional space translatability including step-by-step implementation guides and age-appropriate adaptations
· Professionally designed reflection handouts, visual tools, and daily take-home practices for sustained use
This immersive workshop series is hosted by Dimos Intuitive Arts in partnership with The Hyde Collection.
