Creative Workshop- The Living Vision A Seasonal Practice of Seeing Your Life Clearly Virtual (Live on Zoom) March 4 6:30–8:00 PM (ET) OR In-Person Workshop (Dimos Studio) March 20
The Living Vision
A Seasonal Practice of Seeing Your Life Clearly
The Living Vision is a reflective, creative workshop designed to help you pause, take stock of where you are, and gently clarify where you’d like to grow — season by season.
In each workshop, you’ll create a piece of art that reflects your current life vision — one that is intentionally designed to change, shift, and evolve with you over time. This artwork becomes a living companion, offering insight and direction as the seasons unfold.
While the full experience invites participants to return four times a year (during equinox and solstice months) to revisit and refine their work, each seasonal workshop also stands fully on its own. You’re welcome to join for one session, or return again and again as part of an ongoing practice.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be guided through a series of reflective prompts to assess where you are now and what you may wish to invite forward.
Together, we’ll explore six distinct areas of life, using intuitive, accessible creative processes to translate insight into a meaningful visual form. No artistic experience is necessary — the focus is on clarity and self-awareness, not technique.
What You’ll Leave With
A creative vision piece that can evolve with you over time
Clear insight into where you are now and what feels ready to emerge
A gentle, repeatable framework for revisiting your vision throughout the year
The option to return seasonally, or simply take what you need from one session
Why Seasonal Visioning Works
Life is not static — and your vision shouldn’t be either.
Rather than setting goals once and moving on, The Living Vision offers a way to check in, adjust, and realign as life unfolds. Each return provides space to notice what has grown, what has shifted, and what may be ready to change.

As you begin to clarify where you are and where you are heading through The Living Vision: A Seasonal Practice of Seeing Your Life Clearly, you may also choose to strengthen your intentions through the Complete Spring Reset: 21-Day Yoga Challenge.
Meeting each morning from March 1–21 at 7:00 AM (virtually or in person), this daily practice provides a steady rhythm of movement, breath, and reflection designed to help you embody the insights that emerge during the workshop. Together, these experiences create a powerful balance—pairing creative visioning with consistent, supportive action—so what you see for yourself becomes something you actively live each day.
Participants are welcome to join either offering independently, or experience both as a complementary path into the new season.
Registration and full details for both opportunities are available on the Dimos Intuitive Arts home page.
